Tajne plivanja – jeste li znali!?

* Čovjek je jedan od rijetkih sisavaca koji ne pliva od rođenja – već mora plivanje učiti.
* Ljudsko tijelo se ponaša u vodi baš kao i svako drugo tijelo uronjeno u tekučinu sukladno tjelesnoj gustoči i gustoći tekučine.

* U jednom danu riješila se straha od vode i naučila plivati u 44. godini, Večernji list 14.04.2011.
* Liječnici i fizijatri preporučuju pacijentima plivanje kao dopunsku ili glavnu aktivnost, terapiju koji uglavnom ne znaju plivati ili plivaju loše.
* Tehnika koju preporučuju je leđno plivanje što je isto ili slično ležanju na krevetu jer je mišična aktivnost abdomena i leđa kod plivanja samoukih tehnika slaba ili nikakva.
* Kineziološke tehnike plivaju samo plivači, vaterpolisti koji su bili i jesu u klubovima.
* Takvo loše plivanje ne pomaže pri oporavku, rehabilitaciji kao plivačka terapija – ZAŠTO!? – pokreti u zglobovima i svezama nisu cjeloviti već samo djelomični.
* Klasične škole plivanja osposobljavaju samo osobe koje imaju dobru plovnost – ostale upučuju na ponavljanje tečaja i tako unedeogled, ako takva osoba i propliva uvijek će biti nespretna u vodi i potencijalna opasnost za sebe i druge
* U slučaju grčeva popiti vode u kojoj se pliva – bolje nego se utopiti – ne važi za morsku vodu.
* Gustoća ljudskog tijela je cca 0.88 do 1.10 što znači da svi koji imaju gustoću više od 1.0 ne mogu plutati već moraju naučiti plivačku koordinaciju ili moraju imati volumen pluća veći za vrijednost iznad koeficijenta gustoće.
* Žene koje imaju osteoporozu ne mogu potonuti.
* Mnogi koji su naučili plivati u moru ne plivaju u slatkoj termalnoj vodi.
* Klasične škole plivanja u 15 sati plivanja mogu naučiti plivati minimum standarda samo školsku djecu koja imaju plovnost – uglavnom djevojčice i manji broj dječaka – ostale šalju na ponavljanje – imaju puno ponavljača o kojima ne izvješčuju javnost.
* Reklamiraju se da uče djecu plivati – ustvari oni im organiziraju zabavu i kupanje na bazenima bez ikakve prognoze i garancije o mogućnosti proplivavanja njihovog djeteta gdje tek poneko dijete propliva slabo i nesigurno.
* Škole i tečajevi za odrasle uglavnom ne postoje, a one koje rade uglavnom ne mogu nikoga od odraslih naučiti plivati što je javna tajna.
* Roditelji od najranije dobi pokušavaju naučiti svoju djecu plivati uglavnom bezuspješno – maksimum je plutanje uz nespretno kretanje kroz vodu.
* Bebe treba od najranije dobi navikavati na vodu sa i bez pomagala.
* Zbog bacanja djece u vodu mnoga imaju traume od vode čitav život – što skrivaju – tek kad kao odrasli dođu kod mene učiti plivati – povjeravaju se.
* Istina je da mogu svaku osobu bez obzira na traume i strahove naučiti plivati i osobe sa posebnim potrebama – potrebno vrijeme sukladno poteškoćama.
* Kad idete učiti plivati uvijek pitajte predstavnika s kojim razgovarate koji su to standardi plivanja i satnica u kojoj će vas ili vaše dijete podučiti vještini plivanja i daju li garanciju da ćete na kraju proći kroz te minimalne standarde koje su predviđeni.
* Ne preporučam učenje plivanja u morskoj vodi jer djeca koja nauče plivati u morskoj vodi uglavnom ne plivaju u slatkoj i termalnoj vodi.
* Klubovi na upisu djece na plivanje uzimaju djecu koja su do upisa u klub ranije proplivali što znači da su imali priliku, a ne uvijek da su talentirana.
* Radeći mojom metodom jedinstvenom u Svijetu;

- svi su talentirani manje ili više što ovisi o broju sati provedenih u treningu.
* Zbog toga mnoga stvarno talentirana djeca nikad ne dođu u priliku da razviju svoje plivanje i pluća do maksimalnih vrijednosti,
* Plivanje uvjerljivo najbolji i najzdraviji sport.
* Ako niste znali nakon 16 do 17 godine možete trenirati koliko hoćete – nećete povećati volumen svoji pluća niti za jedan mililitar – možete samo povećati kondiciju i dobro se osjećati.
* Djeca nakon klasičnih osnovnoškolskih učenja plivanja plivaju jedva i nesigurno, što nije niti minimum dovoljan da bi se koristilo u svrhu oporavka ili rehabilitacije, javna je tajna.
* Ako djeca ne plivaju nakon škole plivanja neko vrijeme istina je djeca zaborave plivati.
* Javnost to godinama “gura pod tepih” izgovarajući se da nemaju dovoljno bazena što nije točno.
* Za svaku osobu stariju od 8 godina za proplivavanje ne trebam više od 10 minuta – sa garancijom osnovnog standarda uglavnom je dovoljno 4 sata – jedne do dvije pravilne kineziološke plivačke tehnike 12 sati i više.

* Humans are one of the rare mammals which can’t swim from birth, they have to learn it.
* Human body in water acts like any other body dived in liquid according to body’s density and the density of the liquid.
* In dependency of density – popularly called body buoyancy, man can learn to swim easier or harder.
* Woman can learn to swim easier than man; it’s because their body has 30% less muscle mass than a man has – woman have lower bone density – in average 5% more fat tissue too.
* Black men are mostly non-swimmers.
* It is true – You can swim easily in sea.
* Adults are easier to learn to swim than kids.
* In Croatian littoral are large number of non-swimmers.
* In Split, Croatia, 30% of kids can’t swim in sea, and from those who can swim in the sea 50% of them can’t swim in spa.
* Most people who say for themselves that they can swim – actually they are “FLOATING” doing clumsy or not enough swimming articulated movements to keep balance and sort of moving through water.

* Doctors and physiatrists recommend their patients to swim as optional or primary activity, therapy but patients mostly don’t know how to swim or they are doing it wrong.
* Technique which is recommended is backstroke what is same or similar to lying on bed because muscle activity of abdomen and back at swimming self thought techniques is either weak or there is none.
* Kinesiology’s technique are only swam by swimmers and water polo players who were or are in clubs.
* Such bad swimming doesn’t help in recovery, rehabilitation like swimming therapy does – WHY!? – movements in joints and tendons are not completely done but just partly.
* Classic swim schools qualify only people which buoyancy is very good – rest is to redo the course, if such person ever learns to swim the person will be clumsy in water and potentially dangerous for herself and others.
* In case of convulsion drink water in what You swim – better than get drowned – doesn’t counts for sea.
* Densitiy of human body is approximately 0.88 to 1.10 what means that all of them who have their density bigger than 1.0 can’t float and they have to learn swimming coordination or they need to have lung volume bigger for the value of the density.

* They advertise themselves as they are learning kids to swim – instead they organize them a party and bathing without any sort of forecast and guaranteeing about possibility of learning someones kid to swim where are just few of kids learn it and they often do it weak and unlikely.
* Schools and courses for adults doesn’t exit in most of the cases, but those who does often can’t learn to swim any adult what seems to be public secret.
* Parents are trying to learn their kids to swim from the earliest age often unsuccessful – maximum is floating with clumsy moving through water.
* Babies are needed to get comfortable with water from earliest years with or without accessorize.
* Because of throwing babies in water many of them has water traumas whole life – they hide it – but when they come to me so I learn them to swim – they confide.
* It’s true that any person regardless their traumas, fears or even special need I can learn to swim – in necessary time depending on situation.
* When You are going to swim school always ask officials what are those swimming standards and in how many lessons they can learn You or Your children the art of swimming and do they give warranty that You will pass those minimal standards.
* Swimming clubs often take children that already know to swim what means they had a chance, not necessary that they are talented.

* Because of that really talented kids sometimes never get a chance to develop their lungs to maximal values,
* Swimming is really the best and most healthiest sport.
* If You didn’t knew, after 16th or 17th year You can train as much as You want but You won’t increase Your lung capacity, not for 1 millimetre – You can only increase Your condition and feel better.
* Kids after classical primary school swimming lessons barely swim and unsure, what is not even close enough to be used in recovery or rehabilitation. It is a public secret.
* If that kids don’t swim some time after those primary school swimming lessons they can very easily forget it.
* For years it has “pushed under the carpet” by public saying that there’s no enough pools.
* For every person older than 8 years I need only 10 minutes to make them swim – with warranty for basic swim standards 4 hours is enough – one or two correct kinesiology swimming techniques, 12 hours or more
